Kitchen cabinet hinge type?

One of the hinges of my mother's kitchen cabinet door has fallen apart, so I thought I'd replace it from a big box of spares I've accumulated over the years. Of course, all the ones I have are different to hers so I looked on SF, but it seems there are about 100 different types.

Could anybody identify hers from my pics? I've shown it from both sides.
