Kitchen doors: self-adhesive plastic buffers

The little semi-circular clear plastic buffers for kitchen doors. Should they be stuck to the back of the door, or on to the door frame?

doesn't matter at all i have seen both ways many times.

Me personally i stick them to the door as you don't see them as easily when you open it.
