I just flushed out my hot watertank and now my kitchen faucet has stopped working. I have a spray arm that feeds off of the underside of the faucet assembly and it works fine. I took apart the faucet to see if there was any sediment clogging the fixture and there wasn't any. Any suggestions on how to fix this other then going out and purchasing a new faucet?

Sounds very much like you have an air lock but not knowing anything about yankee plumbing I wouldn't like to stick my neck out.
Do a search on airlocks to give you an idea of how to fix.
Good luck :D
