kitchen floor dropping possible leak

Without ripping kitchen cupboards out and such like

what is the best way to fix the gaps between The chipboard & the wall and also secure the plumbing

4-1 sand and cement to block out above the floor.

Could i mortar between the wall and floor rather than sand / cement as got some motar left over

I purchases them pipe clips already but they dont reach the wall when the are on the pipe :/

Sand and cement is mortar.

fix the pipes with galvy band.

In the end i got builders in to rip up and renew the floor
