Hi,

Trying to put in a kitchen from homebase.

Have got all the necessary parts etc, but spoke to them on the phone and they said no need to connect the units to the wall?

Does this mean I dont need to connect the worktop to the wall either?

If I do need to connect either the wall units or worktop to the wall what is the best way of doing this?

cheers

Richard

Its best practice to fix as you go, I personally fix through the backs if solid or brackets as a last resort.

Every 2nd to 3rd unit or as required, this will allow you to string them through and keep striaght!

You can in theory just set them up and once the tops are on and screwed down that will hold them all in place but thats a bit fo a poor job imo.
