I'm going to re-jig my downstairs layout.

The larger room (rear 1 story extension) previously housed a small utility room, bathroom and family room. These walls have been knocked out and now is one room.
The smaller room is where the current kitchen is.

We want to fit a new kitchen, small WC, utility room and are pondering on the layout.
Original idea was to fit the utility and WC in the old kitchen. But this means losing half of that space as a walkway.

My question is, how would you lay it out?
