I forgot to post this, as I've been away from the site for a while. Here is our new Utility Room completed last year.
It started out as 2 cramped shower rooms just off our kitchen (why two shower rooms
??? We were totally baffled by that when we first moved in!).
We agonised about keeping the quarry tiles, but not being able to find reclaimed ones to fill the gaps where the shower cubicles were, was the deciding factor. So we went with laminate.
It's small but by doing a bit of Ikea Tetris we managed to fit everything in!
Anyway the pics tell the story.
