hi just fitted a labgear hdu681 but now the sky eyes in the bedrooms wont change channel red light is on the sky eye indicating there is power to them anyone have any idea why they wont change channel thanks

You have it set up wrong. I use the 681s regularly. Follow the instructions carefully and you'll be right.
hi everything is set up correctly checked all connections there all fine since posting message iv got one of the eyes to work but not the other

Then the eye is probably faulty. They are sensitive to being connected live. The Sky box should be unplugged when making the cabling connections.
