Appropriate for the offence but he should have been charged with a more serious crime. 10 weeks is too low a sentence given given the aggravating factors.The sentence seems broadly appropriate given the sustained attack, reference to his position of power, the fact he knocked him to the ground and kept going. As the Judge said.. sometimes such attacks are fatal.
