I have a set of triple ladders but mine are called 'combination' ladders. More versatile I feel. Like these:

It says 8 meter ladder is best for a 2 storey house including lean angle ect for servicing gutters?.

I’d say get the biggest ones (within reason) that you can comfortably handle/store.
