Hi all. First time poster here.
We're moving into a new house (hopefully if everything goes smoothly) soon and the survey says that it is an Easiform building. Is it possible or even advisable to use cavity wall insulation with these types of walls?

Thanks
Malc

Problem is there are lots of different forms of Laing Easiforms. I've also known people put a house down as laing Easiform when it was not - including a local authority. So be careful and make sure it really is a Laing.

The very early ones had no cavity so obviously that would be out. Then it depends on the condition of the cavity.

My advice is get a quote from a reputable company. Energywise (in your area) are good. They will do a survey and tell you if it is suitable.
