Laings Easiform Upgrade

i'm planning on doing a Laings upgrade on my 1930's building in June, gonna take down the render myself and do footings, any advice help much appreciated, of anyone who have done similar work before
ok with the materials needed, i have all that inhand, more advice with the footings and anything else i may not have thought about

What is a Laings upgrade?

basically remove the laings construction the outside skin/render and replace it with bricks
