Lama soft close damper

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? It's the top one I want.
I went to Howdens today, they had a similar one but it was only 26mm on the short side.
It appears to be from this company. Although I can find a similar one, I can't find the size I need.
Maybe I will have to change the whole hinge?

Thanks for your reply, but that link won't work for me.
I did look at screwfix, but I couldn't find a compatible damper.
