Laminate floor chip repair?

I've got laminate flooring in the hallway with a 5p sized chip in it. As the colour is dark, the exposed light coloured MDF(?) under sticks out now.

Is there a way to repair this at all? Thinking wax etc not really suitable for flooring with heavy traffic.

I've used the wax repair kit on flooring before and it worked fine. Something like this:

If it needs more than just wax (e.g. a hard filler, fill-in pens, repair lacquer, etc) take a look at Konig UK. Best supplier on the market for this sort of stuff
