Laminate floor sealer

I have a tenant in a property and I think she must soak the floor to much as alot of the joints have blown. This floor is only 18 months old and she was in a previous property for 4 years and the same thing happened. I have the same floor in 4 other properties and they are fine. I cannot be bothered with the agro of trying to get them to sort out as apart from this they are good tenants.

What I would like to do if possible is fill the joints. Is there any product you can get in oak what would wipe in the joints. I remember years ago before the click stuff their use to be one what rubbed in . I am not sure what is was however ?

Can’t understand anyone renting places out and using cheap laminate. Buy quickstep impressive as it has hydro seal and water can’t damage it so perfect for tenants who can’t clean up after themselves.

You can buy coloured floor caulks that you use with a caulking gun.

Ensure that it is in your tenancy agreements that water is NOT to be used to clean the floors. Unless specifically specified, you should never wash any kind of laminate or wood flooring with water, as per the flooring instructions, sweep, vacuum or clean with a Lacquer Floor Cleaning Spray and Microfiber Cloth. (on Waxed or oiled floors use a Natural Floor Soap Spray)
