I need some advice on how to lay laminate flooring in a room with bay windows.

I am unsure of how to plan and cutout the two angled edges to the left and the right in the bay.

The bay is located to the centre of the room and to the right of the wall I wish to use as my starting point (the longest straight edge of the room, as recommended).

I am hoping to find, with your help, an easy way of transferring the shape onto the laminates for cutting and fixing.

i used a cornflake packet and a pair of scissors.

Many thanks wilgartw.

I used a piece of spare lining paper and it worked.

I need the cornflake packet for my Andy Pitkin style breakfast.
