If i have moved into a rented property with new laminate flooring, after being in a few weeks areas in the lounge have lost their binding and are popping up in places. Is there any fix for this or will it need to be ripped up and relayed.

Thank you.

Contact your landlord, it is their responsibility to sort it out.
Sounds like it was not clipped together correctly in the first place and may also not have been glued if required. Also sub-floor may not be even and should not have been laminated.
If the floor is even/level and the T&G on the boards have not been damaged or glued, they could well clip back in, but you will need proper tackle to do this without causing damage. Best advice is contact your landlord!

x 2 Excellent advice.

It could also be that the laminate has been laid on the wrong underlay or even carpet underlay, this would cause a similar issue to what you have described too.
