You can buy laminate flooring that is water proof. Look at berry floor hydro plus.
And Aquastep but its expensive at £40 sq mtr. Its totally waterproof though. I posted a topic a few days ago asking if anybody had used Aquastep but there's been no replies.
modern flooring for wet areas uses pvc instead off wood so dosnt suffer from swelling/delamination
