Hi,
I've just completed and extension with underfloor heating in and am in the process of retrofitting underfloor heating to a room in the old part of the house.
Bit of a ball ache digging it out to 450mm by hand over 25m2, but the result will be worth it. The rest of the house has a tiles floor, but would like a contrast so planning to reuse the laminate I had in the room originally. My question is, can i lay the laminate directly on to the screed, it is being laid tomorrow and the guy is bang on so will be as flat as glass.
I've seen other posts where people have used an underlay board or bonded the floor directly to the screed.
Any recommendations?
Thanks
