Laminate on top of concrete

I have just had a conservatory built and thinking of putting laminate flooring down. What do I need to use as underlay on top of the concrete.

If the concrete is dry, with working dpm, then any laminate/wood underlay you want. If not dry you need dpm underlayment 1000g minimum
