Yes, illegals and viruses have no problem getting onto Plague Island. As for some Edam or Spanish tomatoes - no chance. They're rotting in the back of an artic stuck at Calais.

I've don't personally know anyone who died of any of those, or was even mildly ill. They must be made up.
