Hi
I'm laying a laminate floor in my conservatory, but am not sure what the best way of fixing the quadrant to the upvc is. I normally pin the quadrant in the house to the skirting (will this work with upvc?) or is glue / double sided sticky tape best.

Thanks in advance

We tend to fit end profiles or square nosings in these areas , especially square nosings in tracks,as they hold the floor down and butt up to the pvc with no risk of damage/movement. It looks a little chunkier, but after experience, its our prefered fitting method for customers installs.

If pushed, we would glue end profiles to the edge of the laminate and butt against the PVC, after all, its precisely what the end profiles are designed for but there is always a chance that they move up and down against the PVC and they are'nt all that sturdy.
