Laying Laminate, stone/concrete flor - underlay choices?

Hello, I am soon to be laying my first laminate floor.

The floor is 6" thick stone slabs and has had a layer of self levelling concrete poured over it (well thats how it looks).

Underneath the slabs is a cellar, like most cellars there is moisture but its not too damp. Although a dehumidifier is filled in a couple of days.

I have the flooring, it is a "optimum by Balterio" brand.

Apart from any general advice & knowledge of the brand flooring I have got, for the underlay will I need to get the stuff with foil on one side (does this go top or bottom?), will the felt like blocks like from B&Q be better or worse than the 3mm foam?

Is there likely to be any problem with the 3mm foam thats got plastic sheeting either side?
Will I need the plastic sheeting/vapor barrier?

The box says its "click express" and does not need glue.

However, would it do any harm to add glue along some joints, esp the most travvelled areas? I'm thinking that this would prevent any movement in the area. ('m not bothered about it being harder to remove).
And is ordinary cheap PVA woodglue OK for this?

Luckily for me the old lady that lives next door (well she is 60+) has laid 17+ laminate floors over time & is offering to help me
but she says she never uses glue, and I'm going to see how this particular flooring goes down & looks as she bought the exact same stuff from same place today so reccomended it to us.

forget fibre boards, use a underlay with built in vapour barrier and tape joints. If you cant get this then lay a sheet of plastic under the normall foam underlay. And you dont need to pva the floor.

So the 3mm foam with vapor barrier either side (an el cheapo version of the timberwotsitsname stuff)should be best?
