Laying Lino On Ply

In my bathroom I have overlaid the floorboards with 8mm ply.
I'm getting lino fitted in the new year.

Due to the size of the room I had to butt 2 boards together so I have a join down the middle (the join is perfect with under 0.5mm gap).
What can I do to this join so that It does not show through the lino?

if its as small as 0.5 mm it will be fine but if you want piece of mind run a bead of caulk down it then scrape off while still wet
