Hello All
I have now finished laying my reclaimed floor.
Some of the joins have a little gap and others fit together perfectly.
Wood is 130 years old and reclaimed.
i have celotex'ed between the joists and then laid timbermate excel on top for extra sound and insulation.
some of the planks are a little high that others so you can feel there is a 2-3 mm step up.
what is the best fix for this to make them a little more level?
Should i fill the gaps with anything, there will be no draft as i have put the insulation in. only reason i can think of filling the gaps is to make sweeping easier?
What do you think
Thanks All
