Lead Flashing

We have a leak on the kitchen roof (pitched roof single storey extension on a 2 bed terraced) and on closer inspection it seems to be coming through the lead flashing around the soil pipe. I've checked the outside and it looks like the flashing is cracked in a couple of places.

Would it be possible to repair the cracks, or would the whole thing need to be replaced?

you could use silicone, to patch it up or bitumin flashband,

Depending on your type of tile/slate and the position of your soil pipe it may not be too difficult to replace the flashing with one of these
