Lead flashing

Hello folks
just been up on the roof & found a couple of problems. Hoping I can get some opinions on the best way forward.

Problem 1
As you can see from the picture I have some missing flashing, what is the best method of fixing the lead to the parapet wall? Do the coping stones have to come off & the new lead dressed over brickwork? Can I stick lead to wall with sealant instead? Is there a much better solution?

Problem 2
Between the cement work & the lead flashing there is a 20mm square channel, water seems to be getting in and running down the the channel, there is also a build up of moss & crap in it

I am thinking the best way over this would be to fill in with sand & cement?

A tube of lead seal would be easier but 20mm would be too wide really so you may need to dress the lead to fit better first.
