LEAD PIPING

Ive just moved into new house which is very old and i want to change the toilet and sink but all the piping in the bathroom is lead even the waste pipe to the sink, can i buy connecters that go from 15mm copper to lead for the sink connection and toilet, and also can i buy a plastic to lead connection for the waste? or is there some law that says the old lead piping has to b taken out? thanks
 
Yes you can buy lead lock connectors in different weight factors 7lb 9lb etc.
and you don't have to remove the lead but it may be better to..particularly the water supply.

Thanks what about the lead waste? can i buy a plastic to copper connecter?
