I want to use the below lead tile to create an exhaust for a boiler flue to be inserted in through it. I don't intend of fitting the boiler or flue. I just want to get the roof prepared.

I'm presuming i will need to remove one of my roof tiles for this. Can anyone advise me on fitting this i.e. fitting it so it doesn't move and sealing it on the roof. If's its too difficult i'll get someone to do it but i would still like to know how it's done if someone could tell me.

Thanks

you`d be better off just preparing a safe access for the gas? fitter to do the job ;) ....if the tiles are large concrete the`ll need cutting with a grinder ........the positioning and complete installation of Gas flues comes under CORGI

Appreciate what you are saying. Just trying to save some money. Don't have a lot. :(

I thought I could just lift the roof tiles off and position it
