lead tray in chimney

hello

if you were building a chimney stack on a new house, where would you put the lead dpc (s) the chimney is flush with the outside skin and dead center of the roof .

Its easy to see why a chimney can blow over in the wind when the lego construction is separated with a metal sheet.
