Hi folks

Our soil pipe is boxed in. It's horizontal and it's been leaking for a while now when the shower is used. I have cut out a section of the plasterboard to access it and it's leaking from where the shower waste pipe comes in. It's not leaking out of the white pipe but out of the section that's fitted to the soil pipe.

Pic attached.

What would be the remedy to fix this

Thanks

A good quality silicone sealant would do the job as it looks like it is on the saddle of the strap-on boss. Clean the area first with a damp cloth and then dry with a tissue before applying the sealant.
