Hello
I was wondering if someone can please help. After intense snow over last 2 days, I have just noticed a leak from the ceiling corner today. (Please see the photo attached)

On the other side of the wall plaster flaking. (This only happens during winter months)

For the plaster flaking, I think it's a thermal bridging.

It's the leak that I am now more worried.

The leak is by the side wall I think it's where the guttering is outside. Again these are just the theories. I am thinking to get the builder, but before I do that I was looking for some advice on this forum.

Thanks,
LK

Looks more like condensation.
If you can get to the other side make sure there is insulation at that spot. Often the edges get missed as it takes effort to cut a narrow bit and shove behind joists

Hi Wayne's, thank you. The only way to check is to remove the coping stones from the parapet wall and look in between the outer and internal wall.

What about that water leak in the corner wall. Do you think it is condensation?

Yeah.
Could be getting damp through.
Could also be from condensation.

If you cover with plastic. Any water on the plastic is condensation. Water under is a leak.
I've never tried this but I've seen it said as a test.
Normally a leak will spread. You get water stains and the surface rots and falls apart.
Condensation you get flaking and peeling. Mould.
