Leak from waste pipe

Got a leak from waste pipe. Would appreciate if someone could tell me how to fix it. Please see the pics attached.

If it’s coming from a flex seal above running down, then either tighten or replace (if perished). If it’s just on the brown branch, this will probably need replacing.

It is leaking from the connection between the brown and black pipe. So you reckon, I need to replace the brown pipe? Could you please tell me what its called please

Also, I was thinking that it shoud only leak once we flush the loo or when the shower is used. But its constantly leaking even though the shower is shut and loo not being used. Any idea why?

Sounds like you have a blockage in brown junction

Check for any dripping/running taps or overflows connected and check if there’s a blockage as per @Bosswhite.

Edited: the part you need if replacing is called a branch.
