Leak from waste pipe

If it’s coming from a flex seal above running down, then either tighten or replace (if perished). If it’s just on the brown branch, this will probably need replacing.

It is leaking from the connection between the brown and black pipe. So you reckon, I need to replace the brown pipe? Could you please tell me what its called please :D

Also, I was thinking that it shoud only leak once we flush the loo or when the shower is used. But its constantly leaking even though the shower is shut and loo not being used. Any idea why?

Check for any dripping/running taps or overflows connected and check if there’s a blockage as per @Bosswhite.

Edited: the part you need if replacing is called a branch.
