Leak on Thermostatic Radiator Valve

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to fix a small leak coming out from under the adjustable cap on a thermostatic radiator valve? Is it just a matter of tightening the gland nut like on a non thermostatic valve? The cap looks as if it's one piece with no obvious fixing onto the valve.

really depends on the type

I would change it totally if it were me, better a tenner for a new trv than a flood I always say
