So we have shut the water suply off to drain the system only to find we have no drain off valve so we then triad to take the radiator of the valve but it wouldnt come so then we triad putting force and the pizpe moved fron the locksgield bilt and now water is coming out how would i drain the system

It sounds like it will drain itself !!! 
Buy a self cutting tap and use that to drain the system then cut out the pierced pipe and replace with a Tee and a drain valve.
Sometimes you need to call a plumber.........this is one of these times!
