Leak under toilet cistern

Have you taken the syphon out of the cistern and checked that the big fat internal rubber seal between the syphon and the cistern is actually there, is ok and check that the cistern doesn't have a hairline crack in it. Also make sure everything is super dry before re-assembly.

I'm thinking there's a hairline crack in it now.
I reckon the plumber did it as its not been right after replacing the flusher, then coming back to fix a leak in the same place, and he's now retired
