Leaking 15 degree roof with Velux windows and Sandtoft 20/20

Check the tiles to see any evidence to show if water has run over the top of the tiles, there would be white staining at the top of the tile if this is the case.
Because 15 degrees is the absolute minimum pitch for this tile type any lift around the window would be critical .I have also known this tile type to fail at the water channel .again a white mark would show on the tile.
If this is the case I Would advise you to use Redland Canbrians which are the only tiles which be effective at this pitch.

I have been eyeing this thread for a while and also posted a new one but as I haven't received any reply I was wondering if anyone resolved their issues with low pitch roof. We are in a similar situation- 13.3 degrees roof instead of 15.5. We used Wessex tiles and have water in the front soffit when it rains.

We may have to lift up the tiles and increase the pitch with furring (as the architect suggests) but we also have 3 Veluxes... He is trying to achieve the same visual effect as on the rest of the house which is plain tiles.

Anyway, we want to keep the Veluxes but want to fix the right tile (56 sq m of roof...) so we don't want to buy new tiles and try every year.

Can someone share their experience with low pitch roofs and what tiles really worked on it?

Thanks
