Hi all - apologies in this is the wrong forum - happy to move where needed

We have a new-ish build home - around 4 years old now so under NHCB's warranty rather than the original builders.

A couple of weeks ago we noticed water ingress that must be coming from the joints between the bay window and the main house structure.

NHBC are apparently going to send someone in a months time but I'm concerned that our house is still getting progressively damaged whilst we wait and that they will come up with some nonsense that means water getting into my 4 year old house isn't really a defect.

I was really hoping that someone could take a look at the upload images and give me some advice on what the issue is likely to be and whether NHCB are going to help? If they aren't I'm almost at the point that I want to pay to get it fixed sooner rather than later rather than waiting another month for the house to be even more damaged.

Images attached. We have many more and I'm happy to get up and inspect the roof in more detail - I just don't know what I'm looking for

Thanks in advance

Is there a cavity tray fitted above the bay? Sometimes it's not fitted or not fitted correctly

So I would assume so. My limited understanding is that would be essentially mandatory for a new build house and is the reason the weep holes are there. I can't tell how to tell whether its working or installed correctly, or whether the flashing could be defective though.

Any advice appreciated

Weep holes could be an illusion.
You need to check there is a cavity tray fitted.
