Leaking Concrete Roof

Our local sports pavillion has 2 leaking flat cocnrete roofs about 20 sq metres in size each. What is the best and most economical method of repair (cost is important as it is an amateur sports club and 200 quid is a lot of money to these guys).. Duration of repair only needs to be 2-3 years. Chepest would be to cover it with a tarpaulin or thick polyphene.

Otherwise it can be felted

One layer of a cheap torch-on felt should do you for that amount of time...You'll only need a gas bottle,gun,knife and scraper and away you go.....You may also need a concrete primer....
