We bought a Juwel concrete garage about a year ago with a side extension. They are effecticely two cast boxes.
Recently we bought a grass roof to go on top and laid it. Then it rained and for the first time the join leaked.
The rooves are covered by a membrane that is meant to last upto 20 years and guarenteed for 10, if the company had not gone into liquidation.
The material is 5mm thick with a green grainy surface. The black material is flexible but has no smell, so I do not know what it is made of.
Around the roof the membrane is stuck to the concrete but on the join it is only a skin sitting above the concrete.
Can anyone advise how the membrane can be repaired to seal the joint?
