hello,

I have just fitted a WC and it is leaking from the panconnector where it seals onto the pan. The pan connector is brand new.

The toilet is an off the shelf one from B and Q, I was wondering whether it could be the actual connector or the moulding of the pan that could be at fault?

Also if its not sealing is their anything i can do to correct it?

Thanks in advance for any help

Hi

Plastic pan connector by any chance?
Travis Perkins rubber pan connector, harder to fit but always water tight.

Hope this helps
