Leaking Radiator Pipe

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone could help with this. I have a leaking pipe, its not bad, just a small amount and only happens when the heating is off.

Its the pipe that runs under the radiator, not sure what its called, its hot and it does not connect to anything. Im assuming it might be where you would connect another pipe to run another radiator off. I have used Plumbers Mait Putty but that has not worked.

Any suggestions please.

Try some kind of 2 pack epoxy repair putty - P.Mait won`t work ( it`s a substitute for linseed oil putty)
