I have used an adjustable tail connector on one end of my new radiator. The adjustable bit that screws into the radiator slides along the chrome pipe and seals off with two o-rings. I have connected this and there is a slight leak where the orings are meant to be sealing!. Its leaking very slowly, like one drop every 6-8 hours. What can I do about this? Will it stop leaking eventually? Get worse?

If not a gravity fed system then check the pressure in the system is not too high (1-2 bar should be ok).

I all ok there I can only suggest faulty fitting.
