Weeping Radiator Tails

I have noticed over the past few months my boiler pressure dropping a tiny amount of 0.1 bar but were unable to find any visible leaks.
This seemed to coincide with drops in temperature, and after reading similar issues checked all radiator tails and noticed 3 are weeping in the same place on the radiator tail when the house is cold but dries up once the heating kicks in.

Obviously with the weather everyone is booked up and I don't think this is a major issue, I suspect the leaks have gone unnoticed for months anyway.

The radiators are around 20 years old. Is this going to be a case of getting the tails re-sealed or will I be better off replacing the radiators?

Catch it sooner rather than later as it will accelerate the corrosion at the tappings and then get them touched up. They can be prone to rusting badly if left for a long time then they will need replaced

Thank you for the replies. Two more have corrosion marks but were dry when cold so hopefully it is just those 3 but when I get those done I'm going to have the others checked too anyway.
