Hi, the valves either side of my bathroom radiator are leaking at the bit where turn the valve to open and close. When have them both totally closed no water comes out, but when turn the valve it is leaking at the handle bit, am i going to need a new radiator?

No need to replace the radiator but you may have to service the valves as it sounds like the glands are leaking which will require just a tighten at least or a drain down to at least below that radiator level at worst

Probably just needs the gland tightening, take head off and carefully tighten the nut. Open the valve first.

the radiator has been in for near on two years and no problems, valves have been closed since about April and just opened this week

pop off the dome cap at the end with a small screwdriver and there's probably a screw in there either that or they might just pull off
