I have had a Salamander pump fitted for over two years feeding two showers and domestic hot water. This pump failed and I have just bought a second hand one from e-bay with less than 1 months use and a warranty card for completion. The replacement pump has been fitted and works well except that when in use the cold impeller chamber leaks out arround the site of one the fixing bolts/end casing. Does anyone know if there are sealing kits that I can obtain in order to fix this problem. Also whether there is a maintenance manual for the pump itself that would identify parts and how to repair - i.e a 'Haynes' type manual for the pump?

They're always leaking, yes there's a kit.
Usually the problem is that the supply pipe's too small. so the pump overheats and distorts. They all (big Salamanders) do it, Sir.
