Hi all again. I have the issue as above.
I have done some web research on this but don't seem to have a definitive answer. Basically I have a leak from the back of the FRIDGE side that accumulates on the floor of that side and leaks out when the fridge door is opened. All the solutions I have read so far relate to the leak being on the FREEZER side. There is no leakage/ice on the floor of the freezer side.
I have tried to follow those instructions anyway that suggest taking the rear panel off in the FREEZER side and defrosting the drainhole. I cannot get the rear panel off. Despite loosening all the screws, I still have the rear panel unable to move and I am reluctant to use force in fear of damage (is there a knack to this?)
Is there potentially another reason why the leak would be on the fridge side and not the freezer side.
Thanks for reading.
Steve
