The electronic display has a range of from -25 to 14 C. I set it at the lowest but over 3 hours there was still no ice. Note, the unit is a week old so I could be doing something wrong with the setting. When I got in touch with the store today, they said that I should set it at -19 for a few hours. There was no ice. I have contacted them again and they will send someone from the manufacturer.
