Leaking Saniflo

Hi,
Please can anyone offer some advice. My mums Saniflo keeps leaking ( appears to come from the toilet) rather than the macerate itself?
This is a new toilet and new Saniflo and a new company that’s fitted it.

My mum had the same issue with her old one so I got a different company in to install it as I thought the previous engineer was part of the problem.

It’s intermittent and I’m pulling my hair out with it as the engineers don’t seem to know what it is.

It’s a Sanitop boy pro. Why would the toilet leak?

The jubilee clip on the seal looks as if its not straight on the cistern.

This is the only one I have to hand as I don’t live with Mum.

The old toilet used to do the same. This is what is confusing. This is the same model as the old one.
Always intermittent so I never see it actually happen.
