Leaking shower

Hi,

I have a Mira Advance shower that has just developed a probem. When I switched it off at both the unit and mains a steady flow of water keeps coming through the shower head. The flow is loud enough to be heard from within the unit. I've tried the obvious changing of washers to no avail and I don't have an isolator valve for the unit. Any ideas?
